About Our Approach

This is a fixed-term position working 40 hours per week. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of engaging educational programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.

Requirements

  • Holds a B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current teacher registration/certification
  • Has a strong understanding of a child-led curriculum and the ability to plan and extend children's learning
  • Demonstrates good knowledge of the current ECE regulations and Te Whariki, with a strong commitment to compliance
  • Integrates the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in their pedagogical practices
  • Is passionate about teaching and committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences
