We are seeking a Trusts and Foundations Coordinator to join our Fundraising team, responsible for securing grants and partnerships to support our mission.
About Our Team
Our Fundraising team is dedicated to building strong relationships with trusts, foundations, and corporate partners to secure funding for our services. We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those affected by terminal illnesses and their loved ones.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with trusts and foundations, identifying new funding opportunities and proposing suitable projects for support.
- Prepare and submit high-quality grant applications, tailored to meet the needs and objectives of each funder.
- Cultivate and maintain effective communication channels with trust and foundation representatives, ensuring timely updates and progress reports.
- Monitor and manage grant administration, including tracking funds, ensuring compliance with grant terms, and preparing timely accountability reports to funders.
What You Need to Succeed
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong relationships-building skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience with grant management software or CRM systems.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting in the context of grant management.
