Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Hynds Takanini branch team. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert support in sales, stock management, and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent sales support to all branch customers, ensuring interactions meet Hynds' service standards.
  • Manage customer orders from start to finish using the company's systems (M3) and follow correct processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal sales teams, and procurement teams.
  • Assist in stock management, including inventory receipting, stock adjustments, and cycle counts.
  • Ensure branch operations meet performance standards, including presentation, maintenance, and administration.
  • Handle cash and trade sales, process banking and credits, and monitor debtor accounts.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance in all work areas.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the water industry with knowledge of our products and how they work is advantageous.
  • Previous front-line / front-counter customer service experience.
  • A keen interest in our industry.
  • Good level of computer literacy.
  • Current full driver's license.
  • A Forklift license (F endorsement) is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - demonstrate high levels of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • You will be self-confident and able to approach, engage, and build relationships with customers.
  • Ability to physically handle and move products up to 20 kg.
