Scaffolding Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced leading hand to supervise and coordinate scaffolding operations for residential, light commercial, and roof over projects in the Waikato area.

Responsibilities

  • supervise and lead a team of experienced scaffolders
  • coordinate and plan scaffolding operations
  • ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • manage equipment and vehicle maintenance
  • liaise with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • a valid ticket to work in New Zealand
  • proven experience as a leading hand or supervisor
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • physical fitness and ability to work at heights
  • a minimum class 1 full driver's license
