KidsCan's ECE Programme is the largest and strategically important programme.
In 2025, KidsCan will be implementing a redeveloped programme potentially expanding its reach to an additional 10,000 children.What you'll do:As Senior Programme Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the Early Childhood (ECE) Programme.
You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations, manage customer queries, and contribute to the successful development and implementation of targeted projects within the programme.
Your role will also involve facilitating the onboarding process for new partner ECE centres and Kohanga Reo, maintaining comprehensive records of all customer interactions, conducting monthly visits to partner ECEs, and preparing monthly reports on programme status.Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the ECE ProgrammeEnsure smooth daily operations and manage customer queriesSupport the ECE Programme Manager with the development and enhancement of additional projects and programmesAssist in the creation and documentation of processes for the ECE ProgrammeExecute the daily delivery of the ECE ProgrammeProvide high level of customer service for ECE customers and internal partnersFacilitate and co-ordinate the onboarding process for new partner ECEsPrepare and present monthly reports on programme status, performance metrics, and issuesWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for this Senior Programme Co-ordinator role will possess the following attributes and experience:Strong organisational, time management, and communication skillsExceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding expectationsAbility to work autonomously while ensuring consistent and clear communication with the teamExcellent relationship-building abilities with both internal and external stakeholdersSolution-oriented mindset with ability to identify problems and provide effective solutionsCultural competence in both Maori and Pasifika communities; some proficiency in Te Reo Maori would be highly beneficialExperience in CRM software advantageous; must be competent in EXCELWhat sets this company apart:KidsCan is a leading not-for-profit dedicated to providing essential resources to children in need across New Zealand.
