Job Description
Are you a skilled engineer and painter with a passion for creating beautiful spaces? Fairmont Olympic Hotel is seeking a dedicated and talented Painter / Engineer II to join our engineering and maintenance team. If you have experience in painting and finishing, an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality, this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the timeless beauty of our establishment

Must hold valid authorization to work in the USAAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysMinimum 2 years of experience in commercial or residential buildings as an engineerAbility to work both inside and outside in all weatherStrong painting skills with an eye for detail and the ability to create smooth, consistent, and visually appealing finishesProficiency in accurately matching and blending paint colors to achieve desired resultsCommitment to safety practices and awareness of potential hazards in the workplaceAbility to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and demonstrating a positive and cooperative attitudeFlexibility to adapt to varying schedules and tasks, ensuring timely completion of projectsPhysical Requirements: Constant standing and walking throughout shiftFrequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbsFrequent kneeling, pushing, pullingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and rampsOccasionally work off hours to complete tasks in high traffic areas Additional Information
