If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, have resilience and adaptability, and—above all—are passionate about scheduling and compliance, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do:Programming Schedule: Develop and manage the Linear and Digital schedules, ensuring all milestones are achieved and standard operating procedures are executed meticulously, meeting timeframe KPI's with precision.Sales Linear and Digital: Work through anomalies with media, timings, durations and availability of back up content, liaising with departments if potential issues occur.Reporting and Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and compliance requirements, including confidentiality, censorship and broadcasting standards, while providing detailed progress reports to demonstrate compliance and accountability.Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships in your own and across departments by maintaining a collaborative approach and a solutions-oriented mindset.
A healthy team focus is essential.What You Bring:Proven experience in broadcasting, television, film or media production or a related field such as communications.Excellent ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively, and most importantly, within a cooperative team environment.Demonstrated history of strong organisational skills, with the capability to meet scheduled deadlines while effectively managing multiple responsibilities and upholding ethical standards.
Collaboration and communication are key.An understanding of te ao Maori and a passion for integrating Maori cultural values into everything you do.Fluency in te reo Maori, or a strong commitment to learning, is highly desirable.Because here, you'll be more than a team member —you'll be part of a movement.
