With our focus on commercial works and a reputation for excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our continued success.We offer varied work encompassing all forms of the HVAC, refrigeration and Electrical systems and you will be given the opportunity for training and upskilling on new technologies and products.The Role:As a Service Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating our HVAC and Electrical service team in the Auckland region. Your primary responsibilities will include:Leading a team of skilled HVAC & Electrical technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC & Electrical systems on commercial projects.Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met within specified timelines and budgets.Conducting on-site inspections, quality checks, and troubleshooting to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies.Contributing to the recruitment, training, and development of HVAC & Electrical technicians & apprentices within the branch.Providing technical expertise and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.Skills and Experience:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:Proven experience as a Service Manager or a similar leadership position in the relevant industries.Sound understanding of relevant regulations, codes, and safety guidelines.Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritise tasks, ensuring efficient project execution.Capability to quote/estimate HVAC service and project work.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.A relevant trade qualification or certification in HVAC/Electrical or related field - strong HVAC background preferred.About the CompanyRCR Infrastructure Limitedis a New Zealand owned national provider of planned maintenance, reactive service, minor and major project, along with IQP building compliance services. We currently work in the HVAC, refrigeration and electrical industries, providing quality service and installations throughout New Zealand.We work with a range of commercial customers. It may be smaller retail stores, mid-size office buildings, or high-rise commercial retail buildings.
