Your role is to exceed monthly and yearly sales budgets, drive product and people placement, and ensure focus store enhancement strategies are effectively delivered. A Team Developer: Inspire and lead your team, providing exceptional training and feedback utilising our proven 90 day plan process. Support a culture of bench planning growth and development. Operationally Excellent: Deliver exceptional adherence to operational and people policies, procedures, systems and processes. Be the champion of exceptional execution. A People Person: Identify needs and recruit team members who fit our brand and culture, and sales mentality, and on-board new team members to deliver exceptional results. Exceptional Communicator: Lead from the front and drive exceptional results through communication both within the team and with leaders at our Head office. YOUR STRENGTHS AND EXPERIENCE Proven experience in Regional Management from a Fashion retail background - at least 5 years Exceptional selling skills with a passion for sales Commercial acumen with a operate at pace mentality to drive outcomes Retail is detail and you love the detail to make it happen An understanding of how Product drives Sales outcomes A positive can-do attitude and approach Strong leadership and communication skills.
