In this role, you will work closely with managers and employees across your assigned portfolios to understand their HR needs, provide practical guidance, and help them navigate both everyday matters and bigger strategic initiatives.
Whether it's supporting the implementation of new policies, contributing to change and transformation programmes, or managing employee relations, you'll play an active role in enabling positive outcomes for both people and the organisation.You will also work alongside a wider team of experienced People Partners and subject matter experts across the People & Culture function—sharing knowledge, collaborating on best practice, and ensuring we deliver a seamless, flexible, and high-value HR service.

With a solid foundation in generalist HR, you are confident navigating a busy workload and contributing to meaningful outcomes.
