This includes our mandate to promote Maori achievement in education, training, health and economic resource development along with performing our monitoring and mentoring roles.Our Information Systems directorate ensures we have access to reliable, secure technology and that kaimahi can use technology to support their mahi in a safe, effective way.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Architect Lead to join us - one with the confidence to represent us in cross agency forums and the technical knowledge that we require.Te whai wahitanga | The opportunityReporting to the General Manager, Information Systems this kaiamhi is there at the start of a project and remains involved throughout the project lifecycle until it is completed.
Agile in approach, the Technical Architect Lead focuses on:Stakeholder Engagement.
Engaging with our partners and suppliers and providing technical leadership across Te Puni Kokiri through a business partnering approach.Emerging Technologies.
Introducing, planning and implementing new, upcoming technologies as part of our long-term strategy.Solutions Architecture.
Developing solution architectures in specific areas ensuring the right tools are available to and used in architecture development.Systems Design.
Developing organisational policies and driving adoption of and adherence to these.
Leads system design programmes for strategic, large, complex systems development programmes, including effective implementation and procurement.The appointment range for this role is between $133,248 - $183,216 per annum (With a midpoint of $156,560) per annum and the salary will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills and experience.A technology specialist you should have extensive knowledge of Microsoft cloud-based technologies, (Including M365/D365 and Azure) and be able to take complex information and explain this to a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
