In this role, you'll design and implement training programs, foster a culture of pedagogical innovation, and support faculty in enhancing online, blended, and hybrid teaching.
You'll also cultivate vibrant Communities of Practice, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.
Mou | Who You Are You will have at least 5 years' experience in a relevant project management role, ideally in an academic environment, and have:
Experience with stakeholder management, change management, and/or team leadershipExperience working under pressure and to deadlines within a highly dynamic project environmentKnowledge of developing structured frameworks for recruiting, contracting, and supporting facilitators and/or tutorsPedagogical innovation and best practices to be able to integrate modern teaching methodologiesExperience promoting and leading learning, blended learning, and online workshopsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsClear and accurate report writing skills.If this role sounds like you - join us in shaping the future of online education at UC Mahi Ngatahi | Who You Will Work With UC's Office of Future Learning and Development partners with academic staff to positively impact the quality of teaching and learning using educational technologies.
