Your core responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Design and Develop – Create and integrate key components like transformers, power control, gas transmission, and vacuum systems.Build and Test – Prototype, validate, and troubleshoot new concepts and field issues.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with electronics, software, and mechanical teams for seamless integration.Documentation and Compliance – Maintain records for design, testing, and industry standards.Supplier and Production Support – Engage with suppliers, guide production teams, and train staff.Process and Product Improvement – Continuously refine designs and development workflows while adapting across different engineering roles.About YouYou'll have a good foundation of knowledge and experience around mechanical and electrical design and development, so naturally you'll have the following attributes and experience:EssentialEducation & Experience – Degree in Mechatronics (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years in the field.Mechanical Design – Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (preferably Solid Edge).Electronics & Embedded Systems – Knowledge of PCB design (Altium), embedded systems, and communication protocols (e.g.
CANbus).Software Development – Experience coding in C, C#, or C++.Prototyping & Problem-Solving – Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in testing and development.Product Development – Experience in high-tech environments and delivering low-volume, supportable products.DesirableElectrical Compliance – Solid understanding of electrical compliance, or analytical instrumentation is highly desirable.Procurement – Experience working with external suppliers and procurement teams is preferred but not essential.We're Looking for Innovators Like YouIf you are driven by curiosity, love working with cutting-edge technology, and want to be part of a company that celebrates success, values transparency, and empowers decision-making, we want to hear from you.Need more convincing?
