For our careers, families, communities and the planet.We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Credit Manager to join our PepsiCo Bluebird Team in Wiri.
The role focuses on managing credit and collection activities, ensuring timely payments, and overseeing policies and procedures, while maintaining key customer relationships, especially with top grocery and traditional trade clients.
It also involves cross-functional alignment in the Orders to Cash process and prioritizing cash collection and claim processing across the company.ResponsibilitiesCollection and Credit Management - Manage credit collections, resolve claims, supervise our offshore AR team and ensure timely payments, compliance, and KPI tracking for grocery and trade customers.Relationship Management - Lead debtor metric reviews, manage relationships with our offshore AR team, customers and external providers and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.Process & Controls Improvements - Lead process improvements, ensure compliance with global standards, manage audits, and implement system enhancements for better efficiency and controls.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in Accounting/Credit Control with qualifications in Credit Management.Experience in FMCG environment and major groceries; SAP knowledge is essential.Cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong administrative, management, and staff development skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Knowledge of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, corporate governance, and policy compliance.Expertise in SAP Accounts Receivable, credit control, and legal debt recovery processes.For youWe offer a competitive benefits package including annual bonus, discounts for Scoopon, Luxury Escapes, Asahi Beverages portfolio, and generous leave options (e.g.
