We are launching an innovative Early Supported Discharge (ESD) service, and we're looking for dedicated Allied Health Clinicians to join our team from the ground upThis is a unique opportunity to shape a brand-new service, designed to support patients in transitioning from hospital to home. As part of our dynamic ESD team, you'll work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise will be vital in enhancing patient recovery through early discharge and home-based rehabilitation.
