Your role is to ensure they have a great experience and that their vehicle gets the care it needs from our service technicians.On a day-to-day basis, you'll handle booking schedules and ensure our customers are well-informed about the servicing process for their vehicles. Additionally, you'll coordinate with our technicians to ensure they're briefed on daily requirements, whilst allowing a good flow of communication to ensure timeframes and customer expectations are met.We're looking for someone with the following:Exceptional customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining attention to detail.Great computer skills and systems knowledge.Prior customer service or automotive experience would be an advantage, but not essential.A valid full NZ driver's licence.Right to work in NZ -We are currently only accepting applications from candidates within New Zealand.This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday.You will be an important addition to a fast-paced and small team environment with excellent working conditions.
