This village is still in development - once complete, this stunning village will offer a range of modern, high quality living & care options to our residents.  About the Role:  With our Care Centre opening, we are looking for supportive Caregivers to join the team to bring the best of life to our residents. This is a busy and diverse role, assisting residents with their day-to-day activities such as showering, delivering meals and much more. Therefore, you will need to be resilient, kind and patient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in personal care.  You will be joining a well established and supportive team environment.    We are anticipating a start date of 3 February 2025 for this role.  Your responsibilities will include:  Providing personal care to residents under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse  Working as part of a team to support creating an enjoyable and safe home for residents  This is a permanent, full-time role with a rotating shift pattern with a minimum of 60 hours & a maximum of 80 hours per fortnight.  Please click here to view the full job description.     Qualifications Summerset Boulcott already has a reputation as a great place to work and an amazing place for residents to live. To be a successful you will bring:  A genuine interest & passion for aged care or are studying to become a Caregiver/Health Care Assistant OR have experience in aged care & a relevant qualification Be a team player and be able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks.  The ability to work on a rostered and rotating shift pattern (including mornings, afternoon and weekends).   Additional Information What's in it for you?
