Learning Advisor Wellington CBD locationPermanent, full-time hours Our Learning and Capability Development team are a group of creative experts who build learning solutions across a range of capability areas.
These include Leadership Development, Induction, Health and Safety, Diversity and Inclusion, Te Ao Maori, and systems and operational learning.
The team creates learning solutions for the 9000+ people working at the Ministry of Social Development.
We are a fast-paced dynamic team, with experience in creating learning solutions that are:accessible and innovative embed diversity and inclusionstrengthen te Ao Maori, andevoke curiosity to continue to grow capability We're keen to hear from Learning Designers who enjoy working in fun and supportive team environments and where they can apply their technical expertise to developing learning solutions.
You will need effective relationship management, analysis, design and evaluation skills.
And experience in; Building a range of learning solutionsApplying Te Ao Maori consideration in the design and development of learning solutionsWire framing, storyboarding and scripting experience We're seeking confident, inquisitive and pragmatic people with technical expertise in one or more of the areas below:Development of learning using multi-media resources and the use of technology including Articulate 360 and Premiere ProGraphic design/digital skills within a range of Adobe Creative Cloud applicationsProduction and editing of filming and voice recording A good understanding of Adult Learning, Instructional Design and Learning Design (or another relevant field) So, if you're seeking a position where your experience and knowledge will be valued, and where you'll play an important role in an organisation, then we have the job you wantMSD is committed to work-life balance and offers flexible working arrangements.
