The Royal New Zealand Police College (RNZPC) is the home of training professional development for Police. Our core training functions include Initial (Recruit) Training, Frontline and Tactical Training, Investigations Training and Prevention Training.

You will be part of the Learning Solutions team. The Learning Solutions team delivers innovative adult learning programmes, products and assets for the New Zealand Police and Royal New Zealand Police College. You will be part of a talented team of training developers, designers and specialists. This is an exciting opportunity to support the New Zealand Police by equipping our leaders and the frontline with the skills, knowledge and insights to keep our communities both actually safe and feeling safe. Key Accountabilities:
  1. Develop learning products, programmes and assets for New Zealand Police and the Royal New Zealand Police College.
  2. Be a great team player working collaboratively to deliver great outcomes for New Zealand Police.
  3. Maintain great relationships with business owners, partners and project managers.
  4. Champion evidence based innovative, creative learning.
  5. Be fearless in evaluating learning delivery, outcomes and client satisfaction.
  6. Maintaining a focus on behavioural and learning outcomes.
  7. Ensure learning keeps our people safe within our complex operational environment.
  8. Support curation of our learning programmes, products and assets.

Utu ā-tau | Salary

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $102,808 and $106,864 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
