As a Private Banker, you will be responsible for the management, growth and retention of a set of clients with a particular focus on investment management and advice.

- What will your day look like?As a Private Banker, you would have the opportunity to:Be responsible for the management, growth and retention of a set of Private Bank clients with a particular focus on investment management and adviceBuild a thorough understanding of each client's financial requirements and understand your clients' needs and risk profile to ensure positive customer outcomesDevelop new business through your own personal network, as well as working collaboratively with colleagues to follow up on referrals and develop existing client relationshipsEnsure Private Bank clients receive advice and service to the highest levelBuild a professional profile within your communityProvide coaching & guidance to Associates, helping to create a supportive, creative and achievement-oriented work environment for the teamCollaborate with key stakeholders and colleagues to ensure your client's service experience is consistent across the bankOu Pukenga?
- What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Proven track record of experience working with investment clients to deliver investment portfolio solutions and advice, focused primarily on globally diversified asset classes such as shares, bonds, property and infrastructureMinimum Qualification requirement: Financial Advisers Regime – New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) (Investment), or other approved relevant qualification is required for this rolePrevious experience in banking with in-depth knowledge of financial marketsAdvanced communication, presentation & networking skillsIf selected for an interview, we'll be asking you to showcase how you've developed and used your strong personal & professional brand profile to build your client base, and grow and retain business in similar roles.He aha te take e uru ai koe ki a matou?
