Achieving sales and profitability targets through ongoing training, coaching, and support to the store's Communication Team, putting the customer at the centre of everything you doLeading and maintaining agreed communications department merchandising standardsEnsuring all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reportingAbout you Enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere with proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of TelcoProven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilitiesAble to work independently and as part of a consolidated sales team, with the ability to work under pressureJB Hi-Fi Limited is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
