The Cleaning Firm – Alexandra, South Island The Cleaning Firm is a local family-owned business based in Alexandra. We provide services including commercial office cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pest control, and building washing throughout Central Otago and Central Lakes districts. Qualifications & experience Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred; however, we are happy to provide full training to the right candidate. A full NZ driver's license with a clean driving record is required as you will be driving our company vehicles from job site to job site. All applicants that progress further will require a police criminal check to be undertaken. This is a physical job, so a good standard of fitness is required. We are looking for people with a great eye for detail, the ability to follow instructions, work as part of a great team, and a good sense of humour. Tasks & responsibilities We are looking for commercial office cleaners to be part of our great team in Alexandra, Central Otago. Due to increased demand for our services, we are currently looking for a new staff member as follows: One Part-time permanent cleaner, Monday to Friday. Hours are generally from approximately 3.30pm to 7.30pm each night; however, this is not guaranteed as it can change as dictated by our roster. The job entails all aspects of commercial office cleaning including vacuuming, mopping, cleaning, emptying bins, and using commercial cleaning machines such as buffers, etc. The roles may well suit those looking for a second job, studying, or just looking to fill in their day.
