We are a close-knit team that supports one another, works hard to achieve goals, and encourages growth—a perfect place to develop your career.ResponsibilitiesManage assigned projects involving security systems such as CCTV Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Electronic Access Control, and Audio/Video Intercom Systems.Implement installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems in line with customer requirements, budgets, and delivery schedules.Attend site meetings to monitor project progress.Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and interior designers to provide updates on progress, technical compliance, and variation claims.Procure materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites within budget constraints.Conduct detailed training for customers on the operational use of installed security systems.Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with approved drawings and instructions.Update shop drawings, floor plans, and single-line diagrams for each project before handing over to the Maintenance Department.Address customer feedback or complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions.Provide regular progress reports, forecasts, and updates to stakeholders.Knowledge and ExpertiseDegree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or networking-related fields, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.Strong project and people management skills.Hands-on experience in project execution and management.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Good working knowledge of IP data networks.
