About the Role: Are you ready to make a significant impact?
We're seeking a dynamic Chief Advisor to partner with our Chief Executive, providing strategic counsel and high-level support that drives our Ministry's vision forward.
In this pivotal role, you'll not only advise and represent the CE within the Ministry and beyond, but you'll also play a crucial part in enhancing decision-making and executing our strategic objectives.
Bring your thought leadership to the table, foster innovative solutions, and maintain essential connections to ensure we seize opportunities and navigate challenges effectively.
You'll work closely with our Senior Leadership Team, championing collaboration and facilitating the implementation of key decisions while engaging with our talented team and vital stakeholders.
About you: We are looking for someone who: Has a deep understanding of Government dynamics, able to leverage your expertise in the intricacies of government machinery and public sector processes to navigate and influence impactful change.
Is a proactive problem solver, staying ahead of the curve by anticipating complex challenges and identifying critical indicators for intervention.
Is an agile thinker under pressure, thriving in fast-paced environments by quickly mastering new concepts and delivering insightful advice.
Can champion change and innovation, driving transformative initiatives within the Ministry and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
Is an exceptional communicator at all levels, building strong relationships and providing trusted counsel to senior leaders through clear and engaging writing.
Multitasks effortlessly while juggling multiple priorities and swiftly reprioritising to address emerging issues.
Continuously monitors for indicators of potential challenges, proactively tackling issues before they escalate.
