Finance Lending Specialists are just that – trusted experts supporting people through the process of securing finance for whatever it is they care about.  Customers come in many shapes and forms, and you'll be in the thick of it – from individuals to businesses you'll be the friendly voice at the end of the phone, email or in person guiding them through the process. Responsible lending lies at the core with a commitment to the long term wellbeing of everyone who crosses their path. This isn't about quick win profit and loan shark days of old.  This is about thoughtful lending that lifts people up when they need it, with affordability at the core.  So taking great care to assess individual circumstances, financial wellbeing and long term goals is priority number one. You may well have experience in this sector and be looking for a change.  Or you may have a background in sales, customer service or account management and be ready for something different.  Alternatively you may simply have a fire in your belly and a bucket load of potential that you want to unleash in a workplace that will help you realise it.  Whatever your story there are some things that must be a core part of your DNA … a great work ethic, high accountability for whatever you take on, a non-negotiable commitment to premium customer care and a sincere desire to do right by people.
