About the Role We are seeking a booking clerk to join our team within the outpatient clinic, Meade Clinical Centre. MCC Outpatient Clinic is a busy, fast-paced environment providing support to many different specialities.
Key Responsibilities Schedule outpatient clinic appointmentsSupport services to meet Ministry of Health targetsLiaise with staff and patientsAbout You Skills and experience you'll need to be considered for the role:
Excellent communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude.Proven experience in an administration role and strong computer skills.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Previous administration and hospital system experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.Working for Health New Zealand Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is 'the weaving of wellness'.
