Starting ASAP, this 8 month fixed term role offers plenty of variety and lots of opportunities for you to engage with the business and add value.
Here's what you'll be involved with:
This is a hands-on Senior P&P Advisor role, which will see you engaging with various managers across multiple sites around NZ.
This will see you supporting them both in person and remotely.
Areas of responsibility include general HR advisory, ER, immigration, recruitment, HR admin and drafting documents.
You'll be reporting to a supportive Head of P&P and enjoy being part of this small team of three.
You'll be happy to be mainly based onsite in Mt Wellington.
Once you've built relationships with stakeholders and learned the ropes, there'll be an opportunity to work one day per week from home.
Skills and experience you'll bring:
You're pragmatic, resilient and enjoy engaging with down to earth stakeholders.
You bring high attention to detail and consistency in your approach and have a continuous improvement mindset.
You'll already have experience as an HR Advisor and be ready for a Senior HR Advisor opportunity, or perhaps you're looking to step sideways into another great Senior HR Advisor role.
Ideally, you've given advice and guidance to managers around ER before, so you can confidently help them through processes such as absenteeism issues and incorrect use of PPE.
Great things about this role you should know:
You'll be joining an established, collaborative team who have great systems and processes in place.
This role will super-charge your learning; you'll be able to sponge up the new experience and grow your HR generalist skill set.
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to have the right to work in New Zealand.
