Mo te whai waahi | About the opportunityWe're looking for the next Business Manager to lead the team at our Culverden store.Your key focus will be:Leading a high performing team, helping them achieve results and fostering a great culture.Developing strong relationships with our shareholders.Delivering on agreed objectives and KPIs plus seeking continuous improvement.Managing budgets, P&L and financials.Continuing to build a strong community environment within the store.Taking responsibility for achieving personal and team-based results.Jumping on the floor and helping serve customers when needed.Mohou ake | About youWe're looking for someone with a proven track record of leading successful teams, ideally in a retail environment.
