As well as knowledge and understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA) 2015 legislation so you can ensure our Store Format, Brand Standards and all supporting documentation comply.You'll also have:Proficiency in Design Software: Thorough knowledge of AutoDesk Revit, BIM360 for collaboration, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and other design-focused applications.Store Development Expertise - Understanding of the store development process and retail metrics.The ability to manage ambiguity and consider alternative points of view in the design and decision-making process.Stakeholder Management and the ability to manage multiple, diverse stakeholders.Understanding of Safety in Design principles and Health & Safety (H&S) in the workplace.Demonstrated experience in the building industry, well versed with the New Zealand Building Code, Standards, and relevant legislative requirements.Construction Management: Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Procore or Aconex.We're interested in your diverse experiences, your strengths and how adaptable you are to learn and grow.
