You will map and discover the business capabilities, products, and services required for your assigned domain, and define the strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Product Management and stakeholders.You will also be involved in solution architecture for targeted initiatives as needed, ensuring that the services defined by your domain deliver the desired experience outcomes. By working closely with stakeholders, you'll prioritise roadmap initiatives and enable teams to activate secure, robust, and scalable digital experiences for customers, colleagues, and partners, all delivered at speed.This is a permanent role open for all the major cities in Australia and New Zealand.ResponsibilitiesExtensive experience in domain / enterprise / solution / technology architecture space in a large organisation, preferably financial industryDemonstrable experience with domain architecture, roadmap development and solution architecture for cross-functional and diverse environmentsExperience facilitating workshops and building consensus around a shared visionExperience of teaching/educating/coaching/mentoring stakeholders to reinforce a mentality of continuous process improvementSome experience with formal architectural methods e.g. TOGAFFamiliarity with industry standard frameworks and notationsCreates cohesive IT architecture applications for information and platforms and produces solution outlines and migration paths for moving from baseline state to target stateOversees the compliance of IT architecture principles for an organisation and uses enterprise architecture to obtain and use information relevant to the solutionDevelops, maintains, communicates and provides IT architecture solutions based on business and technical requirementsDirects a high-level enterprise information technology architectureIdeal ExperienceAssisted channel and Contact Centre platform experienceExperience in Micro-Frontend architectureKnowledge and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Experience with Telephone and MessagingBenefitsBoosted Kiwisaver with 4% employer contribution and life insurance as standardUp to 50% off personal insurance, including home and motor insurance5 myLeave days per year on top of annual leaveAt IAG you're not just part of one brand, you're part of a large purpose-led Trans-Tasman group called IAG, dedicated to making your world a safer place.IAG is the largest general insurance group in Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia.
