About The Role | Te mahiWe are currently seeking a talented Breakfast Chef who is keen to support our team and produce creative and innovative gourmet dishes.
Podium is a vibrant restaurant with an upbeat atmosphere.This is a full-time permanent role with a minimum of 30 hours per week at the rate of $28.00-$29.00 per hour depending on experience.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Plans and organises the preparation and cooking of food in a dining or catering establishment.Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies.Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dieticians and kitchen and waiting staff.Preparing and cooking food.Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations.Who We Are - Ko Wai MatouHere at Sudima Hotels, we have one passion, you

An understanding of culinary trends and a passion to gain new knowledge is key to this role, along with planning and organising skills and an ability to work individually and in a team.
