The Role | Te mahiFood & Beverage Duty Manager is responsible for supervision and day to day operations of food and beverage team on shift in the hotel.
To cover restaurant, bar, room service and mini bar and function operations whilst maintaining standards and enhancing guest experience.

As an Accor franchise property, this role always delivers to the guest the product and service experience that is consistent with the Novotel brand and the Accor Heartist principles.Responsibilities | Nga haepapaDrive revenue to achieve and exceed budgeted revenue.Account for stock utilised in the operation and order all stock through company purchasing system as required.Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.Be pro-active in controlling costs being fully aware of forecasted business and targeted profitability whilst maintaining standards.Continuously works to improve the efficiency of the restaurant by optimizing productivity with the lowest possible cost.
