You'll use your expertise to ensure effective medical transport, all while being part of a team focused on saving lives and making a real impact.Responsibilities:Perform complex assessments, emergency treatment, and specialized functions for patients via rotor-wing, fixed-wing, or ground transport.Document patient assessments, treatments, stabilization, and transport accurately.Complete billing information for patient transports.Communicate effectively with management and internal/external customers.Support public relations and marketing initiatives.Stay updated through meetings, skill labs, clinical rotations, and continuing education.Fulfill recurrent competency requirements and maintain paramedic certifications.Work under the Medical Director's licensure and in compliance with regulatory scope.Requirements:Active paramedic certification in the employed state.Minimum of three years (five preferred) in busy 911/pre-hospital service.Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS certifications required; NRP and Instructor certifications preferred.FP-C required within 24 months of hire.Flight or transport experience preferred.Successful completion of our education/orientation program.Strong interpersonal and computer skills.Preferred Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.Ability to pass a physical exam, drug screening, and background check.Body weight under 235 lbs.Benefits & Perks:Competitive pay, shift bonuses, shift incentives, annual safety and employee bonuses.Annual continuing education allowance to further your career.If you're ready to make a difference and advance your career, apply now and join our elite team dedicated to saving lives and providing exceptional care.
