Job Description About the Role: Responsible for sKids Programme set up and the daily operation of the programme as well as fostering great relationships with our school communities.  Play an important role in 'growing AWESOME kiwi kids'.
Provide day to day supervisory care and responsibility for programme delivery Manage parent and school liaison Manage & Oversee daily administrational tasks  Managing staff & your team members   Hours of work 15+ hours per week rostered between our before & after school programme hours.  Before School schedule: 7am - 8.30am After school schedule: from & between 2.30pm - 6pm.  Location of work : Wharenui school, Christchurch   Perks & Benefits we offer: 50% discount on selected programmes Employee Assistance Programme Referral Bonus Great team environment Excellent career development to a Senior Programme Leader and up
Qualifications We're looking for someone who has, A strong passion for working with children aged 5-12 and helping inspiring them, to develop their confidence along with the ability to be true to themselves.  Previous experience working with children or working in the childcare/ education sector.
Previous experience in organizing before & after school programs is highly beneficial.
A strong communicator as you will be the face between sKids and the parents.  A Valid NZ work/student visa or is a NZ resident or citizen.  In order to comply with Social Security (Childcare Assistance) Regulations 2004, only applicants over the age of 20 years old can be considered for this role.
