You will facilitate the flow of information and play a vital role in enhancing the faculty's operational processes whilst fostering a positive academic environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to academic staff and students, assisting with academic processes, course management, and student services.Offer student support and pastoral care acting as a point of contact for academic inquiries and student concerns.Coordination of meetings and minute taking.Maintain accurate academic records and manage documentation in compliance with university policies.Communicate effectively with faculty members, students, and external professional bodies.Organise and prioritize workflows to meet competing demands and deadlines.Mou | Who You AreWe are looking for someone with at least 5 years' administrative experience, preferably in a tertiary setting.
