With its own Team Leader to directly report to, this close-knit team of Clinical Pharmacists offers a supportive environment in a role that requires you to be extremely autonomous.Your main responsibility is to provide direct clinical pharmacist facilitation services, focusing on the appropriate prescribing and utilization of medicines to Primary Care.
