Join one of New Zealand's leading retailers. Whitcoulls is an iconic New Zealand brand with a long history of selling an exciting range of products from books and stationery to gifts, toys, and games.
We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Manager to join our Auckland based team. In this role you will be responsible for leading and motivating store teams and driving performance across 13 stores in the Auckland, Waikato, and Bay of Plenty regions.
If you would like to work for a great company, in a role that has plenty of scope underpinned by a strong brand, you will need to demonstrate the following key attributes;

Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate retail teamsA proven track record of being able to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiencesA hands-on approach with the ability to multi-task in a busy retail environmentStrong relationship management and the skills to communicate effectively both internally and externallyThe skill to lead store visual merchandising to deliver a great customer shopping experienceExperience in a similar multi-site role would be preferredYou will be an experienced retail manager with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results. You will be happy to be hands on, capable of managing all aspects of store operations, and be passionate about driving sales through excellent customer experiences.
