What You'll Do:
Drive production improvements and implement strategies for operational excellence.
Develop predictive and preventative maintenance strategies to ensure plant reliability.
Oversee engineering capital projects, from planning to execution, keeping projects on time and within budget.
Identify improvement opportunities and champion change initiatives to boost production and reduce costs.
Design and manage capital and operational expenditure plans that meet our growth goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Maintenance, and Production, to achieve shared objectives.
Key for Success:
Able to inspire a continuous improvement mindset and be a resource for technical expertise, backed up by a strong maintenance or mechanical background within manufacturing.
Experience improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), yield, and cost efficiency.
Ability to build strong, positive relationships and collaborate across teams and with suppliers.
Able to look beyond symptoms to uncover root causes of problems.
Prior leadership experience is ideal, otherwise you will be a senior player in your field and ready to take the next step.
