As the Service Advisor, you will work Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays at our Mitsubishi and Kia dealership in Taupo.
The Service Advisor's role is to be the competent contact person for the booking and servicing of customer vehicles over the phone and customer counter.
You will provide effective customer service to a standard that drives increased sales, dealership performance, and customer satisfaction.Your responsibilities will include:Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to maximise repeat business from customer retention.Ensuring an optimum level of service is supplied to all customers with each visit and consequently ensure customers are satisfied and their expectations are exceeded.Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring that each customer's specific and unique needs are catered for.Skills & ExperienceA current clean full NZ Driver's LicenceAbility to multi-task & cope under pressure situationsProfessional approach.Currently living in New Zealand and/or hold a valid work visa (if applicable)Friendly communicator with good English language skills and a high level of personal integrity.Our CompanyA privately owned and operated Multi-Franchise Automotive company, Ingham has grown over four decades to be one of New Zealand's leading automotive groups.
