With the backing of the Webjet Group we're a NZ success story in growth mode About The Role As the Revenue Protection Analyst, you will own the management of all chargeback, dispute and arbitration matters. You will have a strong focus on automation and streamlining processes and reduction of overall chargeback volume. Key Responsibilities include: Investigate and provide formal response to chargebacks, disputes & arbitration cases. Liaise with banking institutions and payment providers on chargeback related matters to ensure a positive outcome for the business. Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding any emerging chargeback trends related to both fraudulent and non-fraudulent transactions (service disputes). Liaise with Finance and Customer Operations on status and reconciliation of chargebacks, as required. Compile and disseminate monthly reports on chargeback & fraud performance; reporting on trends that pose financial loss to the business. Triage and investigate fraudulent and non-fraudulent transactions. Work with the broader Webjet Group to analyse fraud patterns and trends, identifying vulnerabilities and proactively proposing countermeasures. Communicate directly with customers via phone and email on fraud and chargeback related matters. Identify and implement streamlining of chargeback processes and/or improve our chargeback prevention capability. Work closely with the Revenue Protection team for Webjet and provide cover as required. Assist the broader finance team as required, particularly in automating and simplifying processes within the team. There will be some occasional after hours or weekend monitoring required for this role, so some flexibility is required. About You Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external parties. Ability to build relationships and work with stakeholders to implement revenue protection initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills to identify revenue risks and devise effective solutions. Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize actions based on revenue impact. You will facilitate knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure. Previous experience in automation and streamlining processes is desirable. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and revenue protection practices.
