Your key responsibilities will be:Deliver the highest standard of personalised care to every ResidentSupport and encourage residents to maintain their independence and make decisions for themselvesAssist and support the activities of daily living in a way that meets the Eden principles and the Domains of WellbeingTake instruction and tasks from the Registered NurseEnsure resident's needs are attended to effectively and in a timely mannerWe are looking for people interested in a range of shifts from Perm Part Time to Casual so come and talk to us about what might suit you.
We work with a fixed roster so you can plan ahead but the ability to offer some flexibility to pick up additional shifts, to provide cover in the Home is always welcomed.As well as a passion for the wellbeing of our Elders, you will be enthusiastic but patient and well organised with great interpersonal skills.
You will share our values of empathy, compassion, and respect.
