The Cause Collective is excited to invite applications for the role of Clinical Nurse Lead Projects and Change.About the role: You will develop and support clinical services at The Cause Collective (TCC) practices, promoting best practices and models of care that lead to improved equity of healthcare for our communities.Key Responsibilities:Across TCC practices you will be responsible for:Inspiring and supporting the implementation of change management programmes at practice level.Strategic planning and development of clinical and nursing services.Leadership and development of excellence in primary health care nursing within the context of the providers and PHO.Negotiating and participating in relevant professional development activities that contribute to the overall quality of nursing.Who we're looking for: We invite applications from Registered Nurses with primary care experience in a community environment.
The following qualities will be preferred:Registration as a health professional with a current practicing certificate.Minimum of three years of experience in a Senior Nurse role.Strong cultural competency and a comprehensive understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its practical application in guiding initiatives within primary care.Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment.A positive "can do" attitude with a commitment to achieving the best health outcomes.A continuous learner, always eager to enhance clinical skills.Affinity with high needs populations and Pacific culture.Why join us?
