Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Leasing Specialist to join their dynamic team. This contract role offers the opportunity to work within a commercial property team, managing leases, reports, budgets, payments, and conducting regular property visits. You will be responsible for managing leases, reports, budgets, and payments for a diverse portfolio of properties. Regular property visits will be part of your routine to ensure that all standards are upheld. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with both internal and external parties. Providing insightful analysis and recommendations on upcoming lease renewals or expiries will be crucial for decision-making processes. Monitoring costs to ensure work progresses as scheduled will also fall under your remit. Building strong relationships with property owners and directors will be key to your success in this role.Manage leases, reports, budgets, and payments for various propertiesConduct regular property visits to ensure standards are maintainedCommunicate effectively with both internal and external partiesProvide analysis and recommendations on upcoming lease renewals or expiriesMonitor costs to ensure work progresses as scheduledBuild strong relationships with property owners and directorsWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for the Property Leasing Specialist will bring a wealth of experience in commercial property management.
