Resource Recovery & Waste Contract SupervisorJoin the Team as the Resource Recovery & Waste Contract Supervisor Are you passionate about waste management and sustainability? About the Role:As the Resource Recovery & Waste Contract Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of contracted services to the Selwyn community, ensuring that key contracts related to waste management and minimisation services are provided to a high standard while focusing on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Manage key contracts and projects within the waste sector.Manage contract expenditures, staying within budget constraints to ensure cost-effective service delivery.Successfully deliver Resource Recovery & Waste projects on time and within scope.Address Service Requests and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting both Council and community expectations.About You:You're an experienced contract manager with the ability to adapt your communication accordingly. Collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders comes naturally to you. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to continuous improvement.
You will also:
