Add expected salary to your profile for insightsThe Saunders & Co Ferrymead team, led by experienced partner Nicola Coombes and two Senior Associates, are based in a beautiful sea-side location surrounded by plenty of local amenities, and tight-knit communities and businesses.The team service a wide range of client needs including property, commercial, RP, trusts and estates, and collaborate alongside our CBD litigation team should court work be required.The team have seen steady growth and are looking to welcome a lawyer with at least 1-2 years PQE who is ambitious and ready to accelerate their career.Key responsibilitiesProviding a range of high-quality legal services to existing and new clients of the firm.Participating in marketing activities as directed and developing new business/clients where opportunities arise.Preparing and/or attending client and in-house training/seminars/meetings where required.Attending to general administrative tasks required to maintain up to date and accurate firm and client records.Practice efficient delegation to support staffAble to satisfy key performance expectations including fee and time performance, and client satisfaction standards.What we are looking forSome PQE experience is essential (approximately 1-2+ years PQE with a focus on property and private client work preferrable)A strong interest and focus on working in communities and networking.Excellent people skills and confidence in dealing with clients face-to-face.Team player mindset and willingness to learn effective delegation skillsStrong time management and organizational skills.How to applyIf you feel this is an opportunity you'd like to explore, please apply in confidence via the APPLY NOW button, or email Amy (HR Manager) at ****** application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a lawyer?
