The successful applicant will be working on a special project providing Tier 2 literacy support across the school. A strength in culturally responsive teaching practices is desirable. The ability to develop strong relationships with students and whanau is essential. You must be highly motivated, flexible, have a growth mindset, and a desire for ongoing professional development. Experience teaching using a structured literacy approach (preferably with iDeal) is an advantage.
