Procurement & Inventory Controller

Join Giltrap Group as a Procurement & Inventory ControllerAs a Procurement & Inventory Controller, you will manage the procurement of vehicle parts, accessories, and merchandise, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet market demand.
This role requires accurate demand forecasting and close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to optimise inventory levels.
Your key responsibilities will include:Monitoring inventory levels to ensure stock availabilityReviewing inventory to identify slow-moving, outdated, or obsolete itemsCollaborating with Parts Brand Managers on stock for new modelsUpdating and maintaining item information on the ERP system.Generating monthly reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and supplier performanceAbout YouOur ideal candidate has experience in procurement and/or inventory control, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
You should also have:3-5 years in procurement, inventory control, or supply chain management.Proficiency in Excel, Jet Reports, Power BI, and ERP systems (Incadea experience is advantageous)Exceptional time management, autonomy in problem-solving, high accuracy and attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and good communication skills.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, show initiative, flexibility, dependability, adaptability, and be a team player.What We OfferWhen you join Giltrap Group, you're joining New Zealand's leading automotive group.
