Te Haeata/The OpportunityProvider and Community Services (PCS) work with community organisations who are contracted to deliver a range of community justice services including Victim Support, Community Law Centres, Restorative Justice, Family Disputes Resolution and Family Violence services.We are looking for a motivated individual to join our small, dynamic team, responsible for managing projects, contracts and procurement activities that support the wider PCS team.As a senior advisor in our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a range of functions that contribute to the success of our contracted services.Your primary responsibilities may include:Collaborating with teams across PCS, and the Ministry to evaluate and review services, ensuring they align with service objectives and the Ministry's goals and standardsManaging some strategic or new contracts, developing great relationships with our providers and conducting stakeholder engagement as requiredDesigning and implement procurement strategies for services, ensuring approaches used meet business needsCreating all necessary project, contract or procurement documentation, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and thoroughness in the processSupporting the delivery of reporting functions within PCS O pukenga/Skills and ExperienceTo be successfull in this role you will:Demonstrate exceptional relationship management skills and be able to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people to achieve shared goalsBe a confident public speaker, who can communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersDevelop and deliver timely, high-quality advice that is well-informedHave excellent plain English writing skills, ensuring that all communication is clear and conciseHave experience in procurement or contract management or be working towards a relevant qualification in procurementBe flexible and resilient, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentManage your time well, ensuring that competing priorities are progressingThis role is secondment or fixed term opportunity until December 2025.
It is full time and based in Wellington.

Utu a-tau/SalaryThe appointing salary for this role will be between $97,208 and $135,539 based on skills and experience.
