Senior Resource Management Planner

As a Senior Resource Management Planner, you will have a focus on leadership, supporting the Team Leader through supervising and mentoring team members, leading continuous improvement projects and making resource consent decisions as well as independently managing complex resource consent related processes and advising other Council teams on resource consent related matters.
About you: As an experienced Resource Management Planner, you will hold a tertiary qualification in Urban/Regional Planning, Resource Management or a related discipline which is recognised by the NZPI.
Experience in managing complex resource consent related processes and mentoring and coaching others is desirable.
