As a full-service law firm, we occupy a unique position in the legal market, delivering quality legal advice and exceptional value to our clients who include leading private and public sector organisations and high net worth individuals.We are now looking for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to hit the ground running in this lead role.Our Finance team plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the business, providing accounting, financial and credit control support across all five of our offices, as well as managing the firm's trust account.As a Senior Credit Controller, you will manage credit control processes, ensuring accurate and timely support is provided across the business, and will liaise with internal and external clients to ensure the firm's credit control goals are achieved. You will also oversee the day-to-day activities of a Credit Controller, as well as managing a range of other administration and processing tasks, supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.Could this be the role for you?We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in credit control processes. You will be a proactive team player, and your previous experience will enable you to hit the ground running in this key role.You will also have an interest in building your leadership skills and will enjoy mentoring and sharing your knowledge, as this opportunity will see you working closely day to day with a Credit Controller, who will report into you.Key requirements for this role:Previous experience in a credit control position, or similarFamiliarity with credit control processes and relevant legislationHands-on and proactive working approach, with the ability to take initiativeTeam-centric mindset - collaborative and collegial approachEffective problem solving and solution-focusedAbility to work with a diverse range of stakeholders (including internal business managers and external clients)Leadership skills, with a genuine interest in supporting and fostering a high performing teamThis is a fantastic opportunity to play an integral role in our large, national firm.
